All quotations are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. A quotation constitutes an offer and does not bind Falcon Fusion until the client has signed and returned the acceptance form together with the required deposit. Verbal instructions shall not form a binding contract.

A deposit of fifty percent (50%) is required upon acceptance of the quotation. The balance is due on or before the date of project handover. Invoices not settled within seven (7) days of the due date attract a late payment charge of two percent (2%) per month.

Any changes to the scope of works must be submitted in writing and will be subject to a variation order, which may affect cost and timeline. Falcon Fusion will not carry out additional works without written authorisation from the client.

Project timelines are estimated in good faith and are subject to timely access to the site, receipt of agreed deposits, and availability of materials. Falcon Fusion shall not be liable for delays arising from causes beyond its reasonable control.

All materials are sourced to the specification detailed in the accepted quotation. Falcon Fusion accepts no liability for defects arising from materials supplied directly by the client. Material choices must be confirmed in writing before procurement.

Falcon Fusion provides a twelve (12) month workmanship warranty from the date of handover on all installations. This warranty covers defects arising from faulty installation and does not extend to damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or third-party interference.

If the client cancels an accepted order prior to commencement, the deposit paid is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs after commencement, the client shall be liable for all works completed and materials procured, plus a cancellation fee of fifteen percent (15%) of the outstanding value.

Falcon Fusion's total liability shall not exceed the total contract value. Falcon Fusion shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or special losses. The client is responsible for ensuring the site is safe, accessible and that all necessary permits have been obtained.

The client shall provide timely site access, ensure required utilities are available, and obtain all necessary permits prior to commencement. Any costs arising from the client's failure to fulfil these obligations shall be borne by the client.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation, then mediation if unresolved within twenty-one (21) days. Legal proceedings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
